A couple weeks ago I met Richard Needham, he is a very experienced Director and Producer in Charlottesville. He has worked on everything from Busta Rhymes music videos to Academy Award winning documentaries. Sometimes all you have to do is look around you and creative people are right there. Film-making is a collaborative team effort, you can’t make a great film by yourself. Surround yourself with a team of people who share the same passion as you and you will be successful.
