The First Draft of the Screenplay is finally complete. I just wanted to thank my talented writing partner, UVA alumni Heather Hummel, and plug her book again. She is the co-author of the book “Gracefully: Looking and Being Your Best at Any Age.” She is an amazing writer and I am very lucky to work with her. Click here to purchase her book at amazon.com. It is also available at Barnes and Noble.
The screenplay is entitled, ”Money, Love, & Charlottesville” and is a feature length clever romantic comedy. Click here to watch the short film, from which our screenplay is based.
The screenplay is about a guy who loses the love of his life and decides to make a film in order to get her back. It takes place right here in the City of Charlottesville and on the University of Virginia Campus. With the Independent film market in the shape it is today and the declining economy, it is ever more important to produce quality films. Good films come from great screenplays, and that is why Heather and I have been working together since July to make this screenplay a passionate story.
